Thankfully there's an app for that! I use two organisations as a bench mark for cruelty free companies. These are Leaping Bunny and PETA. Both of the apps list companies with links to websites for quick answers!
The PETA app is called Be Nice to Bunnies or BNB on the app store and the Leaping Bunny app is called Cruelty Free.
I've found them really useful, go check them out!

Its really useful when shopping.....not that I do much of that of course ;)
